Documents and Fees

My fee for a 45 minute session is $220. I do not take insurance but can provide billing (Super Bill) for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have a PPO (out of network)  insurance plan.

I reserve a limited number of appointment slots for those not able to pay my full fee.
